They always have my drink ready and the fuel and coffee is my favorites. Prefer this to Starbucks but they don't have as many locations. I like the peach pomegranate fuel.I also like the Carmel blondie for coffee iced or hot. The new locations are fresh and clean.

I was amazed how polite and respectful the staff ("Judah") was. He not only provided my husband and I (in our 70's) exceptional customer service; but also, made my mocha latte PERFECTLY! I highly recommend this BR location.

I came last minute, so grateful they were open this late. I was greeted by Jayden. (I hope I spelled his name right.) He was not only kind, accommodating, and professional, but he made amazing drinks! I didn't even know what I wanted, I just asked for two yummy, blended frappes and that's exactly what I got! I don't even live on this side of town, but would come out of my way just to be served by someone who does such a great job! He took the time to consider my requests and whipped up two excellent, surprise drinks! This memorable experience was enough to become a regular patron. I loved the dark chocolate drink he made me!

I e heard really excellent things about this location so I thought I'd give it a shot. EXCELLENT. FAST. I wasn't yelling to be overheard the music and the barista was so pleasant (I wish I had gotten her name). I ordered the Sugar Free Fuel, which is their energy drink, and had them add some Sugar Free Strawberry with it. The medium size is 20 oz and the drink is under $10, so I splurged on some of their donut holes glazed with vanilla. Oh my word!!! So good! I'll be returning.

Love LOVE Black Rock Coffee Bar! The coffee is amazing and so is the staff here at the Glendale 67th ave/ bell rd location. Always great service, drink prices are cheaper than Starbucks and less points are needed for free drinks! Amber is our favorite barista, always smiling and friendly, and very professional ! She remembered our names and drink orders after just a few days. We adore her. We are hooked on the coffee and the fuel drinks as well, and this is our favorite location ! Highly recommend!

We were running around running errands and decided to stop by this place on a weekend. My husband got the JACKHAMMER blended and I got an iced chai. First the portions are enormous, Second they are price is really affordable. Three way better than Starbucks. Sorry not sorry it's over hyped. I think when we first tasted black rock there was only a few locations now there are more now but this one bell, mesa and lake pleasant have had really good experiences! The staff is amazing! They have a rewards program and free drink in your birthday the employees will let you pick the biggest size for your free drink! Great bank for your buck!

I am obsessed with the Carmel blondie! It is so good and tasty! I come here often and it's normally fast. Sometimes the line gets long and it takes a little bit but I'm always happy with what I get! The workers are super sweet and always happy!

Black Rock owners, if you're reading this, please open locations in San Diego! Sincerely, a very satisfied customer. I was visiting family in Arizona for the new year. They introduced us to black rock coffee. And oh my god. Im so glad they did. Their coffee is not overly or underly sweet like Starbucks or Dutch Bros can be. Which is a big reason why I give them 5 stars. Service is quick. We never wait more than 5 minutes in line. Amazing.
